C & J Marine Services, Inc. takes pride in providing exceptional service for all of our customers. While making safe and efficient miles, we transport barges mainly from the Lower Mississippi River and the Gulf Intracoastal Canal Waterway East and West, but also have experience in other areas.We are members of both American Waterways Operators (AWO) and Gulf Intracoastal Canal Association (GICA). These organizations expect their members to follow specific policies and procedures to insure that operations meet and exceed safety and environmental guidelines. Our vessels have also completed the Towing Vessel Bridging Program, set forth by the U.S. Coast Guard, and have been awarded the safety decals for their completion.

C & J Marine Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated company located in Bayou Vista, LA. We are a small, but growing company that started in 1999 by Mr. Charles Dinger and his son, Joshua Dinger. Starting with just one vessel, the M/V Josset, the company has grown to now include the M/V Sarah D, the M/V Seth D., and the M/V Alex D.
