The M/V Sarah D. is the second boat built for C & J Marine Services, Inc. by C & J Marine Services, Inc. The boat is named after Sarah Dinger. Charles Dinger’s wife and the woman behind the scene that keeps us all on track. It is a triple screw towboat built in 2005. It is 75.2 x 28.2. It has three 3412 Caterpillar engines for main propulsion with 6.5:1 Twin Disc Gears. For Generator power it has two John Deer 60kw generators. Fuel capacity is 30,000 gallons diesel, and 10,000 fresh water capacity. Gross tonnage is 120 tons. |
